A Lot of Everything

I am getting a new camera for Christmas! A new, awesome digital camera! So you get to see pictures of my life pretty soon, and that’s an exciting thought, isn’t it? ISN’T IT?!

Of course it is. (Don’t tell me if it’s not, you’ll break my heart).

The whole picking-my-scabs habit is so far not going away. There have been plenty of times I have started picking and then stopped, but eventually, I always give in. Rory suggests that I put bandages all up and down my arms. Is there anything else I can do that won’t make it appear as if I broke both my arms?

Finals this week. Too bad all I want to do is party. I don’t want to write a ten page paper, I do not want to memorize British Lit in its entirety (which is basically what’s required for my final in British Lit).

I am moving into a house within the week, which is also really exciting. The only bad thing about this is that I have no help whatsoever with moving my shit. If you want to volunteer to help me, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I can’t lift my television set on my own—and I have back problems. If you help me, I will buy you coffee. Promise! Only you must cite this source (Allie and her MacBook) to cash in on the coffee.

I wish I was joking.

Tomorrow is Monday. I have to work at 9 and then I am free for the rest of the day! What a beautiful and freeing thought. I will be dedicating the day to studying and writing, but that should not mean that tomorrow won’t be great.

Perhaps I will use it as an opportunity to support a local coffee house! Fort Collins has many that I haven’t been to. I used to go to The Alley Cat quite a bit, but now there are too many familiar faces there. It’s a great atmosphere, but studying is always hard when there are constant distractions.

I do love Wild Boar. Their staff is friendly, their food is delicious, and it’s always and good for studying. I’ll probably end up there tomorrow, if I don’t decide to go somewhere new. Anyways, the point is: Don’t go to Starbucks. DON’T go to McDonalds. Especially. Go support your local coffee houses. They are wonderful.

Good deal.
